＜敷島製パン＞横領１９億円、交際女性１７人の生活費に
「敷島製パン」（名古屋市東区）の健康保険組合の口座から現金約９億７９００万円を引き出し着服したなどとして、業務上横領の罪に問われた愛知県豊橋市三ノ輪町、元同組合事務長、松林正明被告（５６）の初公判が４日、名古屋地裁（伊藤新一郎裁判長）であり、松林被告は「（間違いは）別にございません」と起訴事実を認めた。
検察側は、冒頭陳述などで、松林被告が飲食店で知り合った１７人の交際女性に生活費を渡すなどのため、９０年夏ごろから総額約１９億円を横領していたことを明らかにした。多い女性では、月１００万〜３００万円を渡され、計約２億２０００万円を受け取っていたという。
また、松林被告が組合員について「愛人に渡す金を出してくれるスポンサー程度にしか考えてなかった」と供述していたことも明らかにした。組合口座の残高が不足した際には、横領分を戻して一時補てんしたり、０４年度には自ら提案して保険料率を上げさせていたという。
起訴状によると、松林被告は００年１２月〜今年５月の間、同組合の三つの口座から計５３１回にわたって保険料約９億７９００万円を引き出し、着服した。
